It is an attractive green plant with white stripe variegation. This plant is an excellent indoor as well as an outdoor plant. The spider plant is considered one of the most adaptable of houseplants and the easiest to grow. The spider plant is so named because of its spider-like plants, or spiderettes, which dangle down from the mother plant like spiders on a web.
Keep the plant indoor with natural bright light/indirect bright light. The soil should be well drained and fertile rich in oragnic content. Poke your finger/plain small stick into the soil to check the moisture. Water when top soil (3-4 inches) feels dry to touch. During the main growing season feed the plant with organic fertilizer once a month. When a plant outgrows in current pot, re-pot with fresh potting soil and some fertilizer.
